Job Summary
Clover invites unemployed South African youth to participate in the Youth Employment Service (YES) Program. This 12-month learnership will provide hands-on experience in production and distribution. Opportunities are available at Clover’s branches in Clayville, CDC Cape Town, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, CDC KZN, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh, and Atlas Distribution.

Who Should Apply?
South African Youth who:
- Are between 18 and 33 years old.
- Hold a matric qualification.
- Are currently unemployed.
- Have not participated in a learnership with another organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Stock Management
- Manage stock using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Receive, dispatch, and oversee the movement of stock.
- Prevent shrinkage and losses during stock handling.
- Maintain accurate stock locations and replenish stock as needed.
System Maintenance
- Update and maintain the warehouse system.
- Ensure correct stock placement and scanner setup.
- Compare weigh-bridge statistics with claims.
Safety and Security
- Adhere to safety regulations and ensure compliance.
- Conduct housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment.
Warehouse Productivity
- Optimize the use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Improve picking and packing efficiency.
Administrative Tasks
- Capture and manage driver and truck documentation.
- Follow up on queries and deviations in truck arrival times.
- Print invoices, load sheets, and close routes in the system.
Parts Management
- Receive, store, and issue stock and direct parts.
- Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and returns to suppliers.
- Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
