Key Purpose
The Service Consultant will support the Commissions department by assisting broker houses and franchises with billing and commission queries related to Discovery Health, Life, Group Life, and Vitality products.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- Answer inbound calls promptly.
- Handle telephonic and email queries efficiently.
Broker Support:
- Assist franchises and brokers with product-related queries.
- Submit reports to brokers as required.
Process Improvement:
- Review and recommend enhancements to existing processes.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure best practices.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform delegated tasks within set time frames.
- Address urgent issues as they arise.
Additional Functions:
- Complete related tasks as requested by management.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Essential:
- Matric Certificate.
- At least 1 year of call center experience in the financial services industry.
Advantageous:
- 1 year of call center experience working with brokers.
- Familiarity with Discovery Life products.
- A post-graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
