Introduction
UPD invites applications for a 12-month Learnership Programme aimed at providing skills and knowledge for success in the wholesale and retail distribution sector. This opportunity is specifically for unemployed individuals living with disabilities (PWDs) aged between 18 and 35 years, who have completed Grade 12 or hold an NQF Level 4 qualification.
Programme Details
The Learnership consists of both theoretical and practical components, designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to excel in their job functions.
Responsibilities
As a participant in the Learnership, you will:
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Complete classroom activities and on-the-job training.
- Compile and submit a Portfolio of Evidence.
- Meet competency criteria to successfully complete the programme.
