Overview
We are seeking a passionate Permanent Part-Timer to join our dynamic retail team. The role involves assisting with day-to-day store maintenance while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to each customer, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Complete sales transactions (cash, credit, checks) as needed.
- Assist with ticketing products and checking paperwork against received items.
- Help with product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Assist in the creation of merchandise displays or follow the store management's guidelines.
- Utilize the point-of-sale system and ensure accurate transactions.
- Use sales techniques like add-on sales to meet store and personal sales goals.
- Greet customers and guide them in finding the right products, with the option to serve as a Greeter.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards and ensure the safekeeping of company assets.
Skills & Experience
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
- Clear and upbeat communication skills, able to "smile" through conversations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
