Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, timely customer service.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

- Use software tools to manage customer accounts, research policies, and implement solutions.
- Handle all incoming customer queries in English, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
