Job Overview
The P45 Sales Assistant role is focused on delivering superior customer service, achieving sales targets, and assisting with daily store operations. This position is suited for a customer-focused individual who is service-oriented and has a passion for retail.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Targets:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships with customers and address their needs.
Merchandising & Housekeeping:
- Ensure effective merchandise replenishment.
- Maintain store and department layout in an organized and visually appealing manner.
Asset Protection:
- Safeguard stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers.
Store Operations:
- Assist with implementing company policies and procedures.
- Handle stockroom management, markdowns, and lay-bys accurately.
Qualifications
- Education: Matric (Grade 12).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Experience:
- Previous sales experience is required.
Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective team collaboration.
- Daily task planning and prioritization.
- Computer literacy.
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
- Tolerance for stress and maintaining integrity in the workplace.
