Purpose of the Position
To provide support by cleaning the lab, collecting samples, delivering reports to hospital wards and doctors’ rooms, and assisting nursing staff with administrative and ad hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and Collection:
- Deliver reports and collect specimens to ensure efficient service delivery.
Client Relations:
- Maintain good relationships with clients to promote Ampath’s image.
Support Duties:
- Assist nursing staff with administrative tasks in the depot.
Cleaning:
- Ensure the lab is kept clean and hygienic, following proper cleaning processes.
Requirements
Education
- Grade 10 or Grade 12 certificate.
Experience
- Knowledge of cleaning processes is essential.
