Job Description
We are looking for a Stores Data Capturer to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records and supporting general store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately capture and input inventory data into the management system.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all stock transactions.
- Stock Management: Assist with regular stock counts, receiving, and dispatching of goods.
- Organization: Ensure the stores area remains clean and well-organized.
- Support: Perform additional duties assigned by the Stores Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven data capturing or similar role experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
