About the Role
Join a dynamic team where dreaming big and embracing innovation is the norm. As a Cash Flow Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in forecasting, tracking, and managing cash flow for Zone Africa. This includes leading reporting initiatives, driving analytical projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Flow Reporting:
- Lead preparation and presentation of accurate cash flow reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor cash flow performance.
- Manage the Latest Estimate (LE) process, identifying risks and savings opportunities.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct detailed cash flow trend and variance analyses.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize cash flow management.
Presentations and Leadership Engagement:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership, including the Zone Cash Flow Manager and FP&A Director.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with Business Units and Zone Functions to support cash flow initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships to ensure efficient communication and execution.
Automation and Process Improvement:
- Lead automation projects to enhance reporting and analytical efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Support FP&A Functions:
- Provide analytical assistance across FP&A functions to contribute to team success.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Relevant Business Degree.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in FMCG or finance-related roles.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- Resilient, flexible, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Effective teamwork and relationship-building skills.
