Job Overview
Europcar is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator: Debtors to join its Credit Administration team at Head Office in Bruma. This role involves providing administrative support to achieve team collection objectives and minimize risk.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
- Support the onboarding process.
- Process speedpoint transactions.
- Manage chargeback requests by supplying documents and processing journals.
Month-End Reporting:
- Assist with the preparation of reports at month-end.
General Support:
- Perform various duties as required by management.
- Provide all-round administrative assistance to the Debtors team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Qualification:
NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent). - Experience:
At least 1 year of administrative experience in a credit control/finance environment. - Other Requirements:
Valid unendorsed driver’s license.
Intermediate MS Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy with a high degree of accuracy.
