Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in the gaming industry.
- Education: Matric (Grade 12).

- A valid driver’s license.
- Diploma/Degree in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Growth
- Keep betting boards updated promptly.
- Update memos, card changes, results, and scratchings throughout the day.
- Stay informed on betting rules, odds, and pay-outs.
- Ensure adherence to confirmation limits and communicate large bets to team leaders.
Sales Administration
- Manage branch cash processes to minimize risks like theft or fraud.
- Stay vigilant against fraudulent activities.
Cash Management
- Maintain accurate float amounts at shift start and ensure daily balancing.
- Declare and address cash shortages immediately.
Branch Appearance
- Maintain branch tidiness and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Report malfunctions or resource issues promptly.
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, helpful, and polite service.
- Address customer complaints proactively and foster relationships with regulars.
- Cultivate a customer-centric atmosphere.
Compliance
- Adhere to company policies, including internal control and ethical standards.
- Ensure proper uniform use and betting protocols for team members.
