Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12).
- Work Schedule: Ability to work shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- 1-2 years of experience in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and Compliance
- Oversee branch cash reconciliations during allocated shifts.
- Monitor branches to ensure adherence to cash drawer threshold limits.
- Confirm physical transfer of betting clerks' cash to the Admin Back Office safe.
- Send daily shift and morning update reports.
- Create and submit "Special Reports" in emergency cash situations.
Training and Support
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring for new team members.
- Support the CMD Team Leader and Risk Manager with additional duties.
Communication and Professionalism
- Maintain clear, respectful, and authoritative communication via email and phone.
- Follow organizational protocols and chain of command.
- Periodically subject yourself to truth verification tests, as requested.
