Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Cash management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage.
- Familiarity with the GAAP system.
- Stock management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Welcome customers and provide proactive, friendly service.
- Take orders efficiently and record them in the GAAP system within five minutes.
- Promote daily specials and menu recommendations.
- Address complaints effectively, logging them and notifying supervisors.
Cash and Stock Management
- Verify and count the cash float with the F&B Supervisor before starting.
- Process payments accurately (cash or card).
- Reconcile sales and payments at shift-end, accounting for all transactions.
- Handle stock requisitions and ensure proper rotation.
Service Standards
- Maintain a neat and tidy service area throughout operating hours.
- Follow up on kitchen delays and keep customers informed.
- Adhere to internal procedures and ensure accurate reporting of breakages or wastage.
Team Collaboration
- Work with the F&B Supervisor to maintain seamless operations.
- Ensure personal purchases are verified and accounted for before leaving the premises.
Skills and Attributes
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to take accountability and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems (GAAP).
- Proactive approach to promoting and upselling products.
