Job Overview
As a Promoter, you will represent the Premier Bakery brand by engaging in promotional activities such as in-store promotions, pro-mobile events, brand campaigns, product launches, and events. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Awareness: Showcase Premier Bakery products to potential customers in alignment with the brand's image and positioning.
- Sales Improvement: Drive increased sales through effective product promotion.
- Customer Interaction: Optimize customer engagement and ensure compelling product presentations.
- Customer Service: Enhance and maintain service levels as part of the extended Bakery Sales team.
- Merchandising Support: Assist in effective in-store merchandising in collaboration with merchandisers.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Sales/Marketing Experience: 6–12 months (desirable).
- Merchandising Experience: 6–12 months (desirable).
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available for a 6-day work week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
