Job Description
The Offloads Supervisor will oversee the returns process with responsibilities such as preventing stock losses, capturing accurate information, and maintaining stock control. This role includes supervising a team of loaders and clerks, ensuring daily crate reconciliation, and adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Returns Process:
- Oversee and manage the receiving of returns.
- Stock Control:
- Maintain and monitor stock accuracy and minimize losses.
- Supervision:
- Lead a team of loaders and clerks effectively.
- Daily Crate Reconciliation:
- Ensure accurate and timely crate accounting every day.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in numerical tasks and PC literacy is essential.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
