Who Should Apply?
Eligibility Requirements:
- Successfully completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Holds a tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:
- Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Operations Management.
- Microbiology / Biotechnology.
- Management Accounting / Finance.
- Safety / Environmental / Risk Management.
- Has not worked full-time (more than 1 year) in their field of study.
Skills and Attributes:
- Energetic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
