We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Services team in Pinetown. This role requires a dynamic individual who values innovation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for all front-office customer engagement and administration. You will manage inquiries, process orders, and facilitate seamless communication between business stakeholders, sales teams, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage inbound calls and emails regarding orders, deliveries, credits, and returns.
- Analyze customer engagement statistics and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
- Support e-commerce interactions and order entry tasks.
- Administer corporate mailbox communications and dispatch tasks.
- Work collaboratively within the customer service team as needed.
Requirements
Education:
- Matric certificate with a post-matric qualification in Customer Services, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or administration, particularly in order processing, claims, returns, and credits within FMCG or medical device industries.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience and knowledge of Esker and EDI tools are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively within a team.
