RCL Foods is looking for an energetic, hardworking individual to join their Sales Team as a Telesales Clerk. This role involves handling customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
- Handle customer orders via telephone, email, or in person.
- Process sales orders accurately in Excel and JDE/ERP systems.
- Ensure customer sales orders are communicated to production and dispatch on time.
Order Tracking:
- Monitor the status of orders and resolve any issues.
- Notify relevant teams of sudden changes to sales orders.
Customer Service:
- Provide polite and professional customer interaction.
- Address customer queries promptly and efficiently.
Data Management:
- Maintain system master data, including pricing, discounts, and order sheets.
- Conduct daily reviews and reconciliations of all sales orders.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Matric (NQF level 4/5).
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales environment.
- Previous experience in a sales office is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with JDE or ERP systems is a plus.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
