Key Purpose of the Role

This learnership provides a nationally recognized NC: Wealth Management NQF Level 5 qualification, combining structured learning with practical workplace experience in the financial services sector.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Grade 12 is essential.
  • Minimum results:
    • Mathematics: Level 4 (50%)
    • English: Level 4 (50%)
    • Math Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
    • Second language: Level 4 (50%)
  • Incomplete tertiary qualification in finance (advantageous).

Specific Requirements

  • Not engaged in post-Matric studies or formal employment.
  • No prior completion of a learnership program.
  • Age: 18–30 years.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills, especially in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • South African citizenship by birth.
