Key Responsibilities
Processing Cancellations:
- Manage and process cancellation requests promptly.
- Collect and document all necessary information.
Customer Communication:
- Provide clear information about policies and refunds to customers.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate cancellation records in the company’s database.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve cancellation-related disputes effectively.
Reporting:
- Create reports on cancellation trends and customer feedback for service improvement.
Refund Processing:
- Accurately calculate and process refunds.
- Prepare refund reports daily for approval.
Service Improvement:
- Assist in developing processes to enhance service quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to communicate effectively with customers and teams.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in handling data and processes.
- Customer Service Orientation: Dedicated to delivering excellent support.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve issues promptly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Call Centre experience (advantageous).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.

- Adaptable, curious, and collaborative.
- Proven success in a sales or customer service environment.
