Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting In-Service Training opportunity in its Manufacturing department. This 12-month program is designed to provide practical exposure for students pursuing qualifications in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
The successful candidate will support the CA Technician and contribute to maintaining and repairing equipment to meet maintenance targets, optimize equipment availability, and minimize risks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment proactively.
- Enhance departmental efficiency and minimize operational losses.
- Apply theoretical knowledge to develop innovative business solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science passed with at least 40% (Mathematics Literacy is not accepted).
- Proficiency in two South African languages with a minimum pass of 40%.
- Studying toward a National Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience:
- Completed theoretical modules and in need of practical exposure to complete the qualification.
- Must not have participated in a similar in-service trainee program before.
Additional Requirements:
- South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
- Employment Equity candidate.
- Unemployed at the time of application.
- Must provide a letter from the institution requesting workplace experience for qualification completion.
