Key Responsibilities
- Identify and act on cleaning opportunities beyond assigned tasks.
- Complete specified cleaning tasks efficiently and within the allotted time.
- Clean offices, wards, public areas, and other spaces as directed by the Line Manager.
- Uphold Tsebo's hygiene standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and customers.
Skills and Competencies
- High energy levels and a proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Professional personal appearance and hygiene standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including client interaction (e.g., greeting clients with a smile).
- Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment, such as buffing machines, is advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Grade 11 or 12.
- Experience: Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of managing cleaning equipment is beneficial.
