Job Purpose

The Human Capital Administrator will provide timely and accurate HR administrative support, ensuring smooth human resource operations. Key responsibilities include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, and coordinating training and development initiatives, while maintaining compliance with legal and company requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Process Management

  • Plan and execute HR administrative tasks to maintain accurate employee records for decision-making.
  • Assist with data collection and reconcile reports (e.g., accidents, disciplinary actions).
  • Capture and update employee information in HR systems.
  • Meet performance targets based on established procedures and service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and HR policies.
  • Manage recruitment documentation, post job advertisements, and prepare engagement documents for new hires.
  • Support various HR functions and disciplines as needed.
  • Record and report HR activities to provide accurate information for decision-making.

Financial Efficiency

  • Execute tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving office goals.

Customer Service

  • Deliver HR services that align with the organization’s aim to exceed employee and stakeholder expectations.

Personal Development

  • Participate in training to enhance skills and improve work quality.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role.

Educational Qualifications

  • National Diploma or Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Familiarity with industry legislative compliance.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage data and produce accurate reports.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
