Job Summary

Clover is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Officer for its Oranjesigt Production Branch. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support to the Maintenance Department, managing EAM system documentation, coordinating purchasing, and overseeing the engineering stores. This role is key in maintaining smooth departmental operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.


Key Responsibilities

1. General Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare materials for departmental meetings.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Capture data and generate management information reports.
  • Maintain the technical library and organize filing systems.
  • Monitor and maintain timesheets for the Engineering Department.
  • Support "Way Better" teams by taking minutes and assisting with departmental communications.

2. EAM System Documentation:

  • Collect, capture, and manage all EAM work orders.
  • Generate and distribute EAM system reports.

3. Purchasing and Engineering Stores Administration:

  • Create and submit purchase orders for approval.
  • Place orders with vendors and manage procurement processes.
  • Receive and process vendor invoices.
  • Record the issuance of spares and parts in the EAM system.
  • Perform cycle counts and ensure compliance with store administration policies.
  • Log the receipt of deliveries into the EAM system and store inventory.

Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4; tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience: Relevant job-related experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Business English.
