Job Purpose:

To support digital initiatives within the Advice and Distribution division by leading business requirement analysis, supporting solution implementation, and ensuring effective performance reporting and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Development & Support:

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation processes.

  • Design and implement channel activations.

  • Ensure all proposed digital solutions align with business needs and enhance the customer journey.

• Digital Transformation:

  • Assist with end-to-end solution design and development across digital channels.

  • Support the integration, maintenance, and enhancement of digital platforms.

  • Help identify and grow new business opportunities through digital tools.

• Performance & Reporting:

  • Create and manage weekly/monthly performance and sales reports.

  • Manage databases and ensure accurate, up-to-date information.

  • Prepare presentations and conduct research as needed.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Travel for stakeholder meetings as required.

  • Be available outside of normal business hours when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Relevant tertiary degree (Business, IT, or related field)

• Experience:

  • 2–3 years in a similar role, ideally in channel or digital operations

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced level preferred)

  • Knowledge of project and product management frameworks

  • Ability to manage documentation, facilitate training, and support change initiatives
