About the Learnership
Senwes Grainlink is looking for enthusiastic and motivated young individuals who are interested in building a career in the agricultural industry.
As a Grainlink learner, you will gain valuable hands-on experience at one of the Senwes Grainlink silos while completing formal training that can prepare you for a career as a Junior Grain Grader.
What You Can Expect
During the 12-month structured learnership programme, successful candidates will receive practical workplace exposure and formal training, including:
On-the-job training in silo operations.
Grain handling and related administrative duties.
Exposure to different grain commodities, including maize, sunflower and soya.
Accredited training in grain grading.
Training in essential workplace skills such as computer literacy and communication.
Practical experience working in a grain silo environment.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Valid driver's licence.
Must be between 18 and 25 years old.
An interest in agriculture or technical fields.
Willingness to work at a silo.
Willingness to learn about grain handling and silo operations.
