About the Position

An exciting opportunity is available for a Wholegoods Administrator based in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering general wholegoods business processes, maintaining accurate stock documentation, coordinating orders, and supporting the sales team to ensure efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Office Management Diploma or Certificate

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' goods administration experience in the agricultural equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Circulate stock documentation to sales personnel.

  • Place stock orders.

  • Ensure the accuracy of wholegoods documentation.

  • Assist with maintaining stock levels.

  • Follow up on outstanding supplier orders.

  • Resolve customer queries and pricing requests telephonically.

  • Identify old stock for transfer or movement between branches.

  • Prepare and submit commission reports for processing.

  • Compile outstanding order reports and other sales reports.

  • Order equipment according to required specifications.

  • Control agency invoices and arrange payments.

  • Follow up on outstanding payments when necessary.

  • Report stock availability concerns to management.
