Job Summary

Rola Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join their Toyota Bredasdorp dealership. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, manage the full sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and expert product knowledge.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / National Certificate (Matric)
Proven experience in vehicle sales (essential)
Valid Driver’s Licence
Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
High motivation, initiative, and integrity
Fleet sales experience (advantageous)
Background in sales and client service (essential)

Duties and Responsibilities

Network and build relationships within the motor industry.
Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Identify and pursue new customer and business opportunities.
Manage the full sales process and maintain a high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring excellent service to both internal and external clients.
Adhere to Toyota Dealer Standards and company work processes.
