Job Purpose

To provide exceptional customer service through effective point of sale (POS) operations and merchandising, contributing to a positive shopping experience during the festive season.

Job Objectives

Execute all POS operational activities efficiently and accurately
Ensure accurate scanning of items and collection of payments, including clubcard rewards
Handle cash safely and responsibly
Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks clubcard program
Inform customers about ongoing promotions to drive sales
Act as a brand ambassador through friendly and professional service
Perform merchandising and general housekeeping tasks in line with company standards
Stay informed about products, promotions, and store events to assist customers
Support Clicks’ vision of being the first-choice health and beauty retailer
