Purpose of the Role
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving monthly vehicle sales targets by delivering excellent customer service, developing and retaining a strong customer base, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly new vehicle sales targets

Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the customer base
-
Proactively manage customer expectations to ensure a premium experience

Identify and pursue new revenue streams and leads
-
Handle customer escalations and provide timely feedback
-
Negotiate deals and close vehicle sales
-
Conduct accurate customer needs analysis and vehicle evaluations
-
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behaviour
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Experience: At least 3 years' experience as a Sales Executive in the motor industry

Driver’s Licence: Code 8 (Essential)

Computer Literacy: Required

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
