Key Purpose of the Role

This learnership leads to a nationally recognised FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification, which includes both structured learning and practical workplace experience within the financial services industry.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing practical on-the-job training and development opportunities

  • Gaining skills and work experience to confidently perform a Quality Assurance role within the Service Lab (SLAB)

Education and Experience Requirements

Essential:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Minimum requirements:

    • Mathematics: Level 4 (50%)

    • English: Level 4 (50%)

    • Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)

    • 2nd Language: Level 4 (50%)

Advantageous:

  • Incomplete tertiary qualification


Specific Requirements

  • Must not be currently studying or employed

  • Must not have completed a previous learnership

  • Age between 18 and 25 years

  • Effective communication in written and verbal English

  • Basic computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS Outlook)
