Key Purpose of the Role

This learnership leads to a nationally recognised FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification, which includes both structured learning and practical workplace experience within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Providing practical on-the-job training and development opportunities
Gaining skills and work experience to confidently perform a Quality Assurance role within the Service Lab (SLAB)

Education and Experience Requirements

Essential:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum requirements:
- Mathematics: Level 4 (50%)
- English: Level 4 (50%)
- Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
- 2nd Language: Level 4 (50%)

Advantageous:

Incomplete tertiary qualification

Specific Requirements

Must not be currently studying or employed
Must not have completed a previous learnership
Age between 18 and 25 years
Effective communication in written and verbal English
Basic computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS Outlook)
