About the Programme:

This 12-month learnership combines theoretical training with practical on-site experience. It is aimed at individuals with Grade 12 who want to build administrative and professional skills for the workplace.


Theoretical Component Covers:

  • Entrepreneurship

  • Business Operations

  • Customer Service

  • Business Accounting

  • Maths Literacy

  • Communication Skills

  • Computer Skills


Practical Component:

Learners will:

  • Gain workplace readiness

  • Provide administrative support

  • Help improve departmental effectiveness


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate fully in the learnership programme

  • Complete assessments and work-based tasks

  • Engage in workplace readiness activities
