Role Summary

We are looking for tech-savvy, customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills to join our Sales Consultant team at the iStore Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. This role involves maximizing sales opportunities, engaging customers with Apple products and services, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored Apple solutions.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple products and services.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training and team collaboration.
Contribute to the visual merchandising and day-to-day store operations.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and customer-driven team.

Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate (Grade 12) — Essential
Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment — Advantageous
Strong interest or knowledge in Apple products and technology — Highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for customer service and technology
Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic retail team
