Job Purpose

To provide administrative and operational support to the Cabin Services Department, ensuring the smooth integration, management, and compliance of cabin crew processes in line with aviation standards and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate cabin crew personnel records

  • Assist with crew grooming standards (dress code, hygiene)

  • Update manuals and documents as required

  • Capture Flight Reports and Attendance Registers

  • Support onboarding of new cabin crew (uniforms, training, devices, etc.)

  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for crew (licenses, certificates, etc.)

  • Organize events (e.g., Wings Parade)

  • Manage leave applications and disciplinary records

  • Liaise with crew for information (e.g., sick notes, confirmations)

  • Compile meeting minutes

  • Gather feedback on flight delays and passenger experiences

  • Support recruitment processes (interview scheduling and logistics)

  • Track crew punctuality and manage crew headcount

  • Ensure compliance with Flight Operations standards and procedures


Requirements

Education:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Advantageous)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years administration experience (Essential)

  • Previous experience in aviation operations (Beneficial)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of aviation industry structure and cabin services

  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and operational standards

  • Strong document management and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments

  • Immaculate time-keeping and reliability

  • Ability to use digital tools for scheduling and communication
