Matric certificate (Grade 12) – essential

Genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Sales Cadet, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for success in the automotive sales industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Knowledge: Learn vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to confidently present to customers

Sales Techniques: Implement effective sales strategies and build customer relationships

Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive and informed buying experience

Lead Generation: Prospect new leads through referrals, cold calls, and networking
