Salary Structure

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) – essential

  • Genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-first mindset with a service-oriented approach

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • High levels of integrity and professionalism

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

  • Servant-hearted approach to customer service

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Problem-solving mindset with customer focus

  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude

  • Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours

  • Sales or customer service experience (especially in automotive) is advantageous


Duties and Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Sales Cadet, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for success in the automotive sales industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Knowledge: Learn vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to confidently present to customers

  • Sales Techniques: Implement effective sales strategies and build customer relationships

  • Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive and informed buying experience

  • Lead Generation: Prospect new leads through referrals, cold calls, and networking

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling vehicle presentations to prospective buyers

  • Negotiation and Closing: Develop strong negotiation skills and close sales deals

  • Sales Administration: Support the completion of paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance
