About the Role
Tsebo is currently seeking a Storeman for the PE Regional Office. The main responsibility of this role is to monitor and document the transfer of stock from stores to outlets, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained in line with operational needs and company standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Stock Transfers:

Receive orders and verify deliveries against invoices and quality standards

Record and communicate variances such as returns, over/under deliveries, or price deviations

Issue stock as per picking lists following standard procedures

Ensure stock is stored according to safety standards and maintain a clean, secure storage area

Submit all transaction documents for review and system capturing

Resolve stock queries and escalate unresolved issues
-
Immediately investigate and correct any variances
Stock Control:
-
Participate in monthly stock takes and recounts if required
-
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
-
Prepare and communicate shortage/overage reports
-
Maintain appropriate stock levels and control records
-
Report obsolete stock for disposal
Conduct & General Duties:

Flexibly support tasks outside of listed responsibilities as needed

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and databases

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
-
Grade 12 / Matric
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in stores or inventory control

Experience with IFS system is advantageous
-
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
-
Able to work with multiple stakeholders
-
Basic knowledge of stock control and Health & Safety regulations
