Vehicle Monitoring Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Elandsfontein, Gauteng
Purpose of the Job:
Support daily operational efficiency by monitoring vehicle activity, managing incidents and faults, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining effective communication. Ensure compliance with procedures, uphold professional conduct, and support health, safety, and housekeeping standards to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Monitoring & Incident Management

Monitor vehicles following company procedures.

Identify, record, and report deviations and exceptions promptly.

Acknowledge and respond to alarms within required timeframes.

Manage incidents and accidents professionally and according to protocols.
Communication & Reporting
-
Obtain and review daily route sheets from business units.

Accurately document operational and vehicle performance information.
-
Prepare and distribute timely operational reports to stakeholders.
-
Log and report all unusual events or occurrences accurately.
Fault Management & Vehicle Repairs

Update vehicle fault logs daily in the system.

Communicate faults to relevant personnel or departments.

Follow up to ensure timely and effective vehicle repairs.
Operational Support

Assist with operational tasks as needed.

Maintain professional conduct with staff, customers, and external parties.

Adhere to dress code and grooming standards per SOPs.
Housekeeping, Health & Safety

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area daily.

Comply with health and safety regulations and promote safe working practices.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
