BidSend Agent X5 (Fixed-Term Contract – 12 Months)
Location: Gauteng, South Africa
Department: Personal and Business Banking
Primary Purpose:
Drive the uptake and registration of the BidSend remittance service by engaging customers, explaining product benefits, and efficiently capturing user information.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote BidSend service, clearly communicating features and benefits.

Register new users daily (target: 10 registrations/day).

Use smartphones or tablets to capture and submit accurate customer data through BidSend platforms.

Manage customer follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Submit daily field reports with relevant data and challenges.
-
Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA).

Collaborate and support team activities, acting as a role model.

Maintain punctuality, adhere to scripts and activation plans.

Build trust with supervisors and escalate issues appropriately.

Attend training sessions and apply learning to improve performance.
Requirements:

Education: Grade 12 / Matric

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or similar customer-facing role
