Job Description:

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in the Production Department for a Team Leader: Process Support based in Nigel. The successful candidate will report to the Unit Manager: Processing.

Key Purpose:

To lead and develop a high-performing team to consistently manufacture and deliver quality products. The role ensures adherence to all process and quality standards within the Process Support environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor and control process equipment including syrup room, water treatment plant, CO₂ facilities, refrigeration, boiler house, and postmix systems
Support, coach, and manage team relationships
Enforce and maintain Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations and standards
Conduct candidate assessments
Develop and track team goals
Plan, delegate, and monitor team activities
Support and implement process and organizational change initiatives
Troubleshoot and solve situational problems
Communicate manufacturing updates and process performance metrics
Control raw material usage and waste

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Artisan (N4) and/or 3-year relevant tertiary qualification
3–5 years’ technical and leadership experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
Qualified Assessor certification is advantageous
