Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth by delivering outstanding customer service, achieving monthly sales targets, developing new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role is central to ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maximizing revenue through proactive sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Proactively grow and retain the customer base

  • Identify new revenue streams and opportunities

  • Manage customer expectations and resolve escalations

  • Close sales by negotiating terms and handling objections

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and customer behavior

  • Perform accurate vehicle evaluations

  • Provide consistent follow-ups and customer engagement


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive

  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License – Essential

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets

  • Computer literate


Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong sales and customer management skills

  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

  • Cold calling experience to build a client base

  • Knowledge of the automotive retail industry

  • Understanding of dealership procedures and compliance

  • In-depth product knowledge and branding awareness

  • Self-motivated, confident, and persuasive

  • Excellent time management and administrative skills

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and behavior
