Programme Overview:

Gain practical experience in a corporate environment.

Earn a Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4) nationally recognized qualification.

Receive continuous coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, and assessments.

Monthly allowance plus financial assistance for study.

Opportunity to progress into junior roles within Sanlam after successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Learn about company products, services, operational processes.

Attend classroom lessons and complete practical onsite training.

Build and submit a Portfolio of Evidence for accreditation.

Complete workplace logbooks and assessments.

Perform assigned duties as per manager’s instructions.
Minimum Requirements:

South African citizen, aged 18–35.

Must NOT be currently employed or hold a tertiary qualification.

Grade 12 pass with at least 50% in Mathematics/Math Literacy/Accounting and English.

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Clear criminal and credit record.

Access to reliable transport.

Commitment to full 12-month programme completion.
