About Sanlam Corporate:

Sanlam Corporate is a major division of the Sanlam Group, a leading financial services company established in 1918. The group offers services including health, risk, investment, and employee benefits solutions to companies and retirement funds.


Programme Overview:

  • Gain practical experience in a corporate environment.

  • Earn a Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4) nationally recognized qualification.

  • Receive continuous coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, and assessments.

  • Monthly allowance plus financial assistance for study.

  • Opportunity to progress into junior roles within Sanlam after successful completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn about company products, services, operational processes.

  • Attend classroom lessons and complete practical onsite training.

  • Build and submit a Portfolio of Evidence for accreditation.

  • Complete workplace logbooks and assessments.

  • Perform assigned duties as per manager’s instructions.


Minimum Requirements:

  • South African citizen, aged 18–35.

  • Must NOT be currently employed or hold a tertiary qualification.

  • Grade 12 pass with at least 50% in Mathematics/Math Literacy/Accounting and English.

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

  • Clear criminal and credit record.

  • Access to reliable transport.

  • Commitment to full 12-month programme completion.
