Purpose of the Role:

To provide responsive and efficient administrative support to the Finance function, ensuring smooth execution of financial, fleet, travel, credit card, and company secretarial processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Finance Administration:

  • Raise purchase requisitions on Coupa

  • Approve invoices through WNS queues

  • Process GRVs for invoices

  • Liaise with finance for payments and invoice queries

Cash Administration:

  • Manage and reconcile petty cash monthly

  • Handle forex applications and buybacks

  • Reconcile outstanding forex balances for international travelers

Fleet Administration:

  • Manage daily fleet logistics, including:

    • Issuing/canceling fuel cards

    • Updating cost center and driver details

    • Approvals for repairs and tracking device updates

Credit Card Administration:

  • Issue and manage new credit cards

  • Administer limits and allocations

  • Monitor balances and ensure timely processing through Concur

Company Secretarial Support:

  • Assist with:

    • Board meeting arrangements and minutes

    • CIPC returns and director changes

    • Company resolutions and documentation

Travel & Entertainment Support:

  • Liaise with travel agents for bookings and visa support

  • Arrange meetings, events, catering, and venue bookings for the finance team

Ad Hoc Duties:

  • Provide general assistance to the Regional Finance Controller and Finance Director


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance

  • 2–3 years’ experience in finance and administration

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel

  • Experience with:

    • SAP

    • Processing requisitions

    • Foreign currency handling

    • Travel and event coordination
