Role Purpose:

To provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the Provincial General Manager and the wider Provincial Office.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior or Executive Personal Assistant

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced skills)

  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • PA Diploma or Certification


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Meeting Management:

    • Schedule and coordinate appointments, travel, meetings, and events

    • Compile necessary travel documentation and meeting materials

  • Communication & Correspondence:

    • Screen calls and emails, responding independently when appropriate

    • Escalate important matters requiring management attention

  • Event Coordination:

    • Organize logistics, catering, and other components for meetings/functions

  • Secretarial Support:

    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-ups from meetings

  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Escalate facility faults and follow up with service providers

    • Manage office supplies and maintain proper filing systems

  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Escalate client complaints appropriately

    • Offer guidance and advice to clients and stakeholders

    • Ensure alignment with service-level agreements

    • Recommend improvements for better client service

  • Office Management:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Provincial Office

    • Work independently and take initiative
