Job Purpose

Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods following all company procedures.

---

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections before departure and upon return

• Submit inspection lists weekly to Dispatch Supervisor for sign-off

• Report any vehicle issues before departure

• Check parcels with supervisor prior to loading, following Dispatch Loading procedures

• Deliver parcels as per designated route and schedule

• Ensure customers follow the Proof of Delivery (POD) procedure

• Follow RFC procedures

• Deliver documents and collection slips, ensuring PODs are obtained

• Submit signed trip sheets daily; accountable for outstanding or missing PODs

• No stock transfers allowed between customer shops

• Maintain cleanliness and report vehicle problems immediately

• Report any delivery or POD issues to Dispatch Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Minimum 3 years delivery experience

• Valid driver’s license with PDP (Professional Driving Permit) – Essential
