Job Introduction:
Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking hard-working, energetic Customer Service Advisors to join its dynamic retail environment. The role requires strong customer service skills, accuracy, and a high level of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional, customer-centric service

Accurately process transactions and perform cash-ups

Meet individual sales and service targets

Perform general administrative duties

Maintain store safety and security procedures

Manage reception/switchboard tasks

Keep product knowledge up to date

Assist with receiving and dispatching of stock

Ensure effective merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Comfortable working with money

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)

Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
