Job Introduction:

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking hard-working, energetic Customer Service Advisors to join its dynamic retail environment. The role requires strong customer service skills, accuracy, and a high level of integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, customer-centric service

  • Accurately process transactions and perform cash-ups

  • Meet individual sales and service targets

  • Perform general administrative duties

  • Maintain store safety and security procedures

  • Manage reception/switchboard tasks

  • Keep product knowledge up to date

  • Assist with receiving and dispatching of stock

  • Ensure effective merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills

  • Comfortable working with money

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong telephone etiquette

  • Target driven with a customer-first mindset

  • Practical experience in financial or administrative roles

  • SAP knowledge (advantageous)

  • Retail and/or cellular industry experience

  • Knowledge of company policies and systems

  • Integrity, honesty, and fraud detection awareness

  • Ability to manage self and work effectively in a team
