Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to manage and optimise warehouse administrative functions. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for accurate document handling, hourly reporting on dispatched stock, and compiling daily management reports. Accuracy, communication, and efficiency are key.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Print invoices for all warehouse-picked routes

  • Sort and hand over invoices to the Distribution Clerk

  • Send updated reports hourly regarding dispatched stock

  • Capture crates and pallets post pick verification

  • Print labels for all picked rounds

  • Compile uplift register, print uplifts, and prepare delivery route files

  • Capture Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs)

  • Perform daily pick verifications

  • Report discrepancies to the Team Leader

  • Ensure the accuracy of all documentation at all times

  • Compile daily management reports


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / National Certificate

  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience

  • Computer literacy in MS Office, ERMS, LX System, WMS, and RF Scanner

  • Strong numerical orientation

  • Good product knowledge

  • Effective communication skills

  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, overtime, and public holidays

  • Ability to perform under pressure

  • Willingness to learn and participate in training
