Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and market research? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Outbound Call Centre Agent to support our Business Development and Sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by making 40+ outbound cold calls daily

  • Set a minimum of 4 appointments per day for Business Development Managers or Sales Directors

  • Deliver tailored sales pitches aligned with client needs

  • Conduct market research to support sales strategies and identify opportunities

  • Accurately log all calls and outcomes in reporting tools for performance tracking

  • Follow up and nurture warm leads through the sales funnel

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to align strategies and share insights

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and outbound sales best practices

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing learning


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or business – Advantageous

Experience:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in outbound call centre sales

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service or sales

  • Experience in cleaning, catering, facilities management, or securityAdvantageous
