Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:
Drive and monitor store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs. -
Financial & Administrative Oversight:
Manage budgets, expenses, and daily administrative functions to ensure financial health. -
Stock Management:
Ensure proper inventory control, stock rotation, loss prevention, and replenishment. -
Merchandising & Store Presentation:
Maintain high standards in store layout, display, and promotional execution. -
Customer Experience:
Foster a customer-centric environment through effective service delivery and issue resolution. -
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage staff; promote a positive team culture and high performance. -
Safety & Security:
Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure shopping environment. -
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with service departments and regional management to meet business goals.
