About the Role:
Fedics is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead inventory and store operations at a large-scale catering facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stock control, hygiene compliance, procurement, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in alignment with Tsebo policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all store operations and staff allocation

Order, receive, and manage all stock (food, beverage, resale items, chemicals)

Maintain accurate stock records and daily costings
-
Conduct weekly stock takes and manage storage cleanliness and rotation
-
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
-
Operate within Tsebo’s procurement systems (e.g., Tsebo Source)

Build strong supplier and client relationships
-
Provide reporting on product quality, wastage, and customer feedback

Collaborate across units and support operational handovers
Skills & Competencies:
-
3–5 years’ experience in inventory/store management in catering or hospitality
-
Strong leadership and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in inventory systems and procurement platforms

Knowledge of hygiene and food safety protocols
-
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
-
Effective communicator with team collaboration skills
Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
-
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or related field (Advantageous)
