Job Purpose:
Ensure service excellence at the Point of Sale (POS) by providing fast, efficient customer service and managing operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee POS operations to ensure smooth and timely service.

Manage stock and cash securely and efficiently.
-
Ensure cashiers/shop assistants are trained, motivated, and well-scheduled.
-
Resolve customer queries according to company policies.
-
Promote and grow Clicks ClubCard participation.
-
Minimize shrinkage through effective stock and cash controls.
-
Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly and professional customer service.
-
Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
Requirements:
Education:
-
Essential: Grade 12
-
Desirable: Minimum 50% in Maths and English
-
Essential for External Applicants: Retail/Business Management qualification
Experience:
-
1+ year in a customer-facing retail/FMCG role
-
Experience managing staff and stock
